By downloading, opening or using MemoDay, you agree to these terms and the related privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
MemoDay terms of use
These terms explain product use, local data, reminder limits, the 7-day trial and Ultimate Lifetime purchase.
Purpose
MemoDay helps manage tasks, reminders, notes, calendar entries, moods and Momo companion content. You are responsible for content you create, edit, export, restore or delete.
Local data and backups
MemoDay currently requires no account and records are primarily stored on the device. Export and safeguard important backups before deleting the app, clearing records or changing devices.
Reminder limitations
Reminders may be affected by system permission, Focus modes, battery conditions or system scheduling and cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Do not rely on MemoDay for medical, safety, emergency or other uses requiring guaranteed delivery.
7-day all-access trial
The 7-day all-access trial starts automatically the first time you open the app. It does not renew or charge automatically. When it ends, existing records remain viewable, while creating and editing pause until Ultimate Lifetime is unlocked.
Ultimate Lifetime
Ultimate Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time purchase provided through Apple App Store and is not a subscription. Eligibility, displayed pricing, payment, refunds and restoration follow Apple's rules and systems. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase to restore access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase verification or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property and updates
The app interface, text, graphics, branding and Momo character content are protected by applicable law. We may update the app and these terms for functionality, safety or compliance, with material changes described in the relevant release.
