Confirm that notifications are allowed for MemoDay in iPhone Settings and check Focus mode. Permission, Focus, battery conditions and system scheduling can affect delivery.

A widget did not refresh
Open MemoDay once, then edit or re-add the Home Screen widget. MemoDay asks the system to refresh widgets after records are created, changed or completed.
Restore Ultimate Lifetime
Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase, open Ultimate Lifetime in MemoDay Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. No MemoDay account is required.
Back up and restore records
Export a JSON backup from Data Management in Settings. Restore merges records by ID and is not intended to erase current records. Keep a recent backup before making changes.
