This policy applies to the iPhone app MemoDay, its widgets, and the MemoDay web pages used for product information and support.
Your private records are designed to stay primarily on your device. This policy explains the data boundaries clearly.

MemoDay requires no account. Tasks, reminders, notes, completion history, moods, profile details, Momo data and preferences are primarily stored on your device. MingWard does not read these records through its own server.
MemoDay schedules notifications locally only after you enable a reminder and allow notification access. Delivery can be affected by permission, Focus modes, battery conditions and system scheduling.
The app processes a photo or file only when you choose an avatar, export a backup or share a review image. MemoDay does not automatically upload that content to a MingWard server.
Ultimate Lifetime purchases, restoration and rating requests are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. MemoDay reads Apple-verified purchase entitlement to unlock features but does not receive full payment-card details.
The current version contains no third-party advertising, does not build profiles to sell personal information, and does not send private records to a generative AI service. Support pages may produce basic technical logs needed for security and normal access.
A JSON backup is created only when you export it. You can delete records and manage Recently Deleted in the app. Deleting the app normally removes local app data, but backups you saved and purchase records held by Apple are unaffected.
